Are you new to the gym, and have no clue where to start once you step inside? Do you go to the gym consistently, but are sick and tired of winging it every time you go? Here’s YOUR SOLUTION to stop pissing away your time and to start making CONSISTENT PROGRESS. Goal:
  • Increased strength in the basic compound lifts
  • Hypertrophy to promote a stronger physique and future strength gains
  • Increased coordination and ability to brace the core.

  • 2-3 days per week - Workout A, B, C

I am 59 years old and have been training with Christian for about 8 months. I’ve always been fairly active aerobically but have never worked out with weights or utilized a trainer.
